
If you’re getting fit later in life, it’s possible you had kids. If you had kids, it’s possible you haven’t seen one frigging film or television show in years, or if you did you don’t remember it because sleep deprivation erased it from your brain.
Use your gym time to watch tv - or more accurately, listen to tv. Just prop your phone up somewhere and catch up on all those shows while you workout.
